What a discussion to wake up to.

Yes, PriOrche isn't perfect. The pacing is overall slow and a bit awkward at times. The animation is a bit sloppy at times as well.
It is also however, a cute and comfy show filled with great character interactions. Between Band Snatch and the many side characters, both of which appear just enough to slowly give them and the show averall more depth, I am extremely happy with our side cast. Not to mention the crumbs of lore that get dropped bit by bit, allowing for a lot of speculation.
But I cannot fathom complaining about it being targeted at girls only or too slice of life. Both of these used to be staples of the Mahou Shoujo genre. So much so, that I'm pretty sure that shows like Sailor Moon, Wedding Peach, Doremi and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne sowed the seeds of my love for Slice of Life and Romance when I was a child. All these shows were basically slice of life interrupted by monster/magical problem of the week. To reject these components is to me to reject the genre as a whole.
