You should read the actual manga once in a whole. Two two birds are seen flying through the sky after Asa and Yoru's conversation ends in the alleyway, hence putting a visual lid on the situation. The third bird starts flying through the sky after the Yoshida, Asa and Yoru's interaction ends. Same thing, the visual concludes the sequence. Yoshida is the third bird that will own Asa's body.
