good for you if you can remember it but honestly anything above 10 characters is unlikely to get cracked, 15 is just never getting cracked within your lifetime even with tech improvements and your 40 characters will last until the end of the universe. You have 463,291,230,159,753,366,058,349,609,375 possibilities to go over with 15 ASCII characters. If you really care about preventing brute forcing beyond the raw computational power it would take to achieve it, just make your data self delete with some 7x pass data wipe algorithm after a few failed attempts.
