Found a way to play in a stretched window for wider FOV
>Open Nvidia control panel or whatever the AMD equivalent is, go to resolution settings
>Create a custom resolution e.g. 2560 x 1080 if you have a 1440p monitor or 1920 x 720 if you have a 1080p monitor
>You don't have to actually change your screens resolution, just create it
>The game will now let you change your windowed resolution to the custom one
