the strange voting thing seems tacked on, just keep the votes internal if it's a community only thing that no one else can interact with, it just makes it look like more of a circlejerk to show that part to the outside.
skimming the old threads there is nothing but non-sequitur spamming an one or two little comics sprinkled about. even with the rules it's still unclear why /ic/ of all places is chosen?
