Okay I looked it up and how the 'pick 3' banner works is that you pick 3 units, then you're locked into them. Then you can swap between whoever you want as the 'active' pick at any time and go on either the 50/50 banner or the 100 banner.

So if you pick futaba/summer motoko/chord and you get to 109/110 and go "huh, I changed my mind I want chord" you can swap your pick.
