I’d ask if anyone actually watched that show or just shit their britches while scrolling past a headline on their phone, but it’s AEW and no one watches that shit. Point is the production team and employees were fucking with Matt and Nick after they lost their EVP status, giving them shitty entrances, dressing rooms, returning the favor of being shitty to the crew. The tacks were swapped with gummy bears by crew members looking for revenge and gummy bears are the opposite of tacks. It’s a comedy spot that actually had a call back to shit they were doing consistently for once. They did tack type spots with them but they weren’t sold seriously just to continue mocking the bucks. I get it though, if I had only seen a headline that said thumbtack gummy bears I’d be like wtf as well
