I have no passive tree and I must pob

anyone else autistic / adhd and get stuck in waiting mode where when you're excited for something you can't enjoy or do or focus on anything else even your job and then when that thing finally happens you get that rush of dopamine finally but then come down relatively fast and are even more depressed than before because nothing gives you fulfilment anymore?
