I've been gaming like 20x more since I started using my MiSTer and consoles more.
Every time I'm on PC, I just shitpost, look at porn, and watch sloptube videos. Even if I finally start a videogame, I'll be lucky to play 20 minutes before I get distracted and quit out.
Return home, console man.
