Instead of fighting crime like an amateur vigilante, Why doesn't Batman just run for mayor or state governor and actually start fixing societies woes from top to bottom? Remove corruption, clean up the streets, introduce housing, school and work programs, reinforce the police and national guard and clean up criminals?
