I mean everything can change, but I think you'll have some romantic moments, yet not lasting ones. She seems to have a lot on her mind, not necessarily interest in other guys but goals and life circumstances that might get most of her attention and diminish interest in a relationship.
My advice would be to keep things casual and just make it fun. You can try to make it serious eventually, but be sure not to add to her problems or make her feel overwhelmed.
