I think Denji and the four horsemen will be on one side and together they'll cause the Apocalypse. They will also the main antagonist group of this part since each one of them has hurt Asa, the protagonist of this part, in some ways. Yoshida, and maybe Fumiko, will be unironically Asa's allies in the future. Fuji loves that kind of subversion for sure
