If you're willing to give it one more shot I think you might take to Heaven's Feel more, especially if you liked Illya. The story takes a much heavier tone and goes in very different directions early on, Shirou and Sakura's romance is a major driving part of the story that gets plenty of attention, and I would even say it has my favorite take on Saber since Shirou isn't constantly tripping over the fact that she's a girl or fixating on Archer instead. Really I think every character who gets their time to shine is at their best in Heaven's Feel, it greatly tightens the focus and everything that had been built up in the last two stories (like "what the fuck is Shirou's problem a human being cannot live like this") reaches its conclusion.
