Dark Admech makes sense to merge with Lost and the Damned, in order to separate them further from being just Admech with spikes and Guard spikes. I do not believe Dark Admech will be a faction on it's own. Faction diversity is important for GW, which is why they do everything they can for CSM to not be a reskin of SM anymore.
