Finally got my second copy of Ultra Cell and with only a couple of hours left for his banner. Now I can focus on feeding lf Vegeta z-power to build my ranged PO team. Now I'm hoping part 3 isn't two ultras because there's no way I'll have enough gems to summon. With luck it'll be something skipable like namek Goku.
