Good point considering this new Laplace is just a schizo half of the original who hates hito part of hitogami. Meanwhile technique god hates the gami/kami part and is a different type of schizo. Their intellect is still there it seems but they are schizo.
Btw Millis could easily crush the entire great forest denizens they're the only ones who survived the full onslaught of the whole Laplace's coalition, even created barrier magic which works against the immortal demon bloodline. Completely wiped out the practice of necromancy as well so much so that there are no necromancers left and nobody can use it.
