Most of them have "crashed out" at some point and had a total melty at work or some family function that results in them getting Baker Act'd or the like. It's not hard to get a scrip for head meds, they practically hand them out like Halloween candy on account of the huge kickbacks doctors get for over-medicating the general population. And yes some faggots do voluntarily go to strangers and tell them about their feelings.
Most of these people either lack decent family support systems, or they're inherently weak individuals who realistically shouldn't survive beyond their 20th birthday.
