Nah, pretty easy for anyone who isn't a toddler.
>Is this person a repeat offender?
>Do they consistently take the lives of others with no remorse?
>Are they literally just doing it for the fucking lulz, to "send a message" without actually showing their victims any empathy
Kill them. Like this really isn't some morally grey area, the dude is a mass murderer who keeps breaking out of prison to murder more. He's not going to learn his lesson and it's actually gross to keep him alive under some bizarre honor code that you cannot slay. Pic related nigga should have been killed long ago. He's not going to reform, he's not going to become a productive member of society, and he's been given enough chances that it's apparent he just fucking wants to kill for the sake of killing. Kill him. No reason to keep someone like this alive, and it's actually irresponsible to just put him behind bars and say you've done your job when he's clearly just going to come out again and take more victims. Those are innocent people who could have been saved by just doing the fucking job right.
Like by this stupid ass logic, who's to say superheroes can make any call at all on what's an evil act? Oh geeze, holding a bank hostage? I dunno if I should intervene, maybe that fucking robber is just trying to feed his poor kids. I'd be just as bad as the villains to stop his noble and courageous act!
