Recovering RF5 coper and defender here, I would highly recommend giving the demo a shot. I've played games from other developers that had an entry play awful, sell gangbusters, and they doubled down on the bad shit and didn't learn their lesson - this is not one of those situations. Every bad thing from RF5, namely the framerate and the the world that chugged hard, don't exist anymore, the gameplay's an absolute improvement, and I'm happy to say Marvelous seemed to have pay attention after getting savaged from Japs and Westerners both on 5.
Give the demo a try, at the least, I'm actually fairly impressed. This one might by my best-play of '25 between this and Pirates in Hawaii. So long as we aren't counting Xenoblade X, being a 10-year-old game and all.

Some bad choices the devs made aside, you gotta admit the love interests are a huge glow up compared to RF5. The graphics arent much better, but the designs really are way more appealing. Suddenly not everyone looks like they are 12 and they seem to have more distinct personalities than tomboy, main heroine syndrome, literal dog girl and slut.
I heard the main story is as bad as ever, but that's what I expect from farming sim RPGs.

My greatest pleasure is knowing that canonically Hina completely ignored the boy who had a crush on her as a child and fucked off to become a badass and marry a woman.
