What I mean is 4 stars don't have a way to get what you want.
During 2.5 I wanted Moze and some copies, and despite rolling to pity for Robin, and throwing another 40 at Feixiao, I ended up with a grand total of E0 Moze. Meanwhile, Luka's like E20.
And then Moze's big milestone is E2, specially for Feixiao and Ratio.
I only JUST got E2 from a random standard like a week or two ago.
It frustrates me to no end, I might as well just throw 70 pulls at E0S0 Topaz, even if I don't give a shit about that hoe because 4* are a crapshoot.
