Be advised! In latest version, in-game censorship option was moved from ingame settings into a mod called "puritan", its located inside "mod" folder.
That means if you want subtly explicit anatomy: delete puritan mod.
And if you want overtly explicit anatomy but "4. Extra - NSFW" sub-mod scrambles her whole body in a blender? You also need to delete puritan mod. Or disable censorship on an older version.

Also, be advised, latest in-game censorship removes not only blood and subtly explicit anatomy, but also emm character's visible breathing? What? I blame Visastercard.
