Seems to be a mistake when sending the image to print or something because there's similar asses in the same book which are unedited, for example for the same image set, GV2 summer wallpaper that originated the infamous "isn't that a nice butt?" quote is there without a similar edit.
Either that or the jp rating board is even more retarded than I thought and Inti also decided to edit this one image instead of just not including it like a couple of preorder art that had to be skipped.
