throw some tuck tape on the corners and you're g2g. mutt housing is all garbage that blows away in the wind but even a 200 year old yuropean manor is just clad in stone, the guts of it is mostly timber work. andthere is nothing wrong with properly made large-chip steam-pressed OSB used in conjunction with metal fasteners (screws preferred but those weird bracket things are more robust than they look)

When I worked an overseas contract, the guys from Florida and Texas would brag about how they Don't pay any state tax. We eventually did the math and their HOA fees were higher than pretty much anyone who wasn't from California or New York. HOAs are way more popular down there. That doesn't even include the high homeowners tax in Texas or homeowners insurance in Florida. Tennessee is still based though
