Yeah (I'm not good). I work on them about 10-20 minutes a day and call it. Usually do 2-3 a week, some times it will take over a week to do one. I still can't really use trees, graphs, bitwise operations, sliding windows, dynamic programming, permutations, combinations etc in actual problems yet.

I don't have experience with Codility, but generally speaking, technical interview questions have absolutely zero overlap with any real programming problem you may have seen. They'll also depend a lot on parts of programming languages that you would normally have no use for. You should practice a little with leetcode before you have to take the test, if you have time.
