Any advice if I am looking for jobs to move to (visa sponsor) mainly asia (sg, th, au, jp, sk ; didnt look for till now cn/my/ph/vn should I?) or nordic countries.
Main place I use to apply are : linkedin, seek (jobsdb/seek)
my rate is 100 applications for 1 interview (sent 500+ till now), 4y node/react gcp/aws as my past exp. Only applying to places that states or have inside the application form something that I require visa support. So if not mentioned in the application nor stated in the form I skip - is this good practice?
Should I apply on other places, any of you had luck with maybe some hiring agencies I don't care if they take a cut - if so which ones did you use?
Are there any hacks you guys are using maybe some AI for bulk applying? Never tried them, as I want to make my own decision and be in the process of selecting and filling up forms myself. Anything specific? Or any tips for finding jobs/companies with visa support. I try to avoid FAANG, tho applied to some big companies ones and couldn't pass the CV filter... as my exp is with 2 startups of a small size.
Any possible shortcut or unconventional ways to find and source job postings or find more ones/unique ones or just execute as I did till now, tho it gets tiring looping the applications with the low bounce rate.
