Tbf FEC is a lot more tattered and rotting, having some more fancy well crafted flesh could be a style too. FEC is like a pile or gore and body parts, Lady of Flesh could be like... skin doileys and a palanquin made of like stitched together body parts (could have like a throne of hands, legs walking her down, a torso of a manservant pouring her drinks and another having like a tray of surgical tools)
