Used oil paints overthinned with white spirit instead of "normal washes" this time and have a question - how long do I need to wait until I can get back to painting now?

Also, strangely, removed a bit of paint in the process (pic related), previously white spirit was not damaging paint. Unless it's just matter of some thin regions.
