I was considering using SA as Imperial Agents to represent the military force of some Rogue Trader dynasty that kept the SA training and gear since the Heresy (in canon some lord militants of Solar Auxilia received the warrants of trade at the time), but they don't have the unit variety nor any tanks or flyers to use those from SA even as count-as.
