My diet for the past week is 2 cans of sardines with 2 eggs in the morning and then 1.6 lbs of bottom round steak with 4 eggs every single day.
Comes up to around $18, 2000 calories and 230~ish protein.
So far it completely fixed my appetite, i feel satiated at all times, my lifts improved, it fixed my sleep on like the second day of the diet, i don't crave sugar or alcohol anymore.
Idk if i can sustain this for years but the carbs and glucose are starting to feel like a good goy povertyslop.
