ghoul is settup as the ultimate badass to lucy, death claw appears, lucy "defers to his expertise" on how to deal with the death claw, the ghoul runs establishing he can't handle a deathclaw, set piece ends with them backing away from the death claw in the dark, backs up against a figure, can't see the figure, till a red (or green) visor from a ranger helmet glow/turn on. Introduce the Courier with him killing the death claw basically by himself.
