The hp from the greens should be enough to survive spirit and you want armor over barriers to combo with scarab hp+tornado evasion. The spirit lifesteal is on a lot of stuff he already buys already. When stacking spirit lifesteal soul shredder bullets is really good because its added as a flat amount after the calculation so no diminished returns
