Art is free speech.
>Nudity is not art.

The interpretation of what is and is not free speech MUST remain extremely loose to guarantee that the spirit of law in free speech is upheld.

I can easily make an argument that mandated face masks during covid are a form of suppression of free speech:
>By forcing someone to wear a mask against their will when they do not believe in the necessity and perceive ulterior motives in the governments reasoning, you are essentially forcing them to advertise to everyone around them "Yes I agree with the government, the virus is deadly, I am scared and you should be too. Look at me wear the mask." But that is not the message you want to convey. They are controlling how you express yourself. People literally refused to wear the mask as a form of self-expression and defiance against government.

So if something as simple as wearing or not wearing a mask can arguably infringe, in a very real way, on a person's freedom of expression, then who are you to decide that nudity is not an art or a form of expression?

You need high IQ to answer this.
