Non-lore friendly third person animations usually use Open Animation Replacer, Modern Combat Overhaul or BFCO, Precision and similar mods. And you have to run Pandora or Nemesis every time you add/delete movesets to your load order. The cuhrazy animations themselves are usually from chink modders. Some are free but those DMC anims are most likely locked behind a paywall
