I believe the issue isn't inspirational as much as it is about well being and maybe even routine. The reading strangely places strenght as the "do not" part which in my opinion could imply a mixture of 2oP and 10oW where you might be trying too much at once, perhaps dividing your attention and taking away your energy. Say perhaps you are disrupting your sleep schedule to partake on a hobby or other type of interest and this in turn decreases your energy and focus for other goals.
In short, you need to reasses your routine and even your goals to a noticeable extent. Maybe make a list of priorities and analyze in what order you need ro place them. Its not about going faster or slower, but more about getting your head in the right direction. An analogy would be that when you are driving from point A to point B, if you decide to detour to get first to C, D, E, ect, you wate a lot of gas and time to a point where you might not even have enough time to get to B. So, plan a route and stick to it.
