Ukrainian Armed Forces Major Andriy Tkachuk says the situation in Sumy region is stabilizing, with Ukrainian troops continuing counteroffensive actions there as well as operations in Russia’s Kursk region. He noted that while Russia had previously escalated threats of advancing on Sumy, it currently lacks the capability to do so.
