Ukraine: trying to preserve manpower but they can still mobilize their 18-25 year olds and fight for a long time yet. The EU will pay the bill and the US will supply the weapons.

Russia: Money is the problem. Hard to say how long they can keep going. Materiel is dwindling but they still have plenty of people willing to go on dirtbike rides.

Meeting probably will not lead to anything that lasts and war will go on until somebody runs out of men or money.
