Because the game's plot is basically Street Fighter, but set in anime Carthage (Dagda) which according to 3H lore is really far southwest from Fodlan. Then you've got tons of foreigners showing up for the tournament too which means lots of browns, tans, turks, arabs and one asian for some reason.
