One of the earliest /mg/ greentext stories was Sapphire and AniMay switching places, and I'd think in the brief window where the two see each other, Sapphire would notice AniMay looks like her but with much bigger tits and AniMay would notice Sapphire looks like her but flat. Or even before they'd meet in the timewarp, if they had to borrow the other's clothes during their stay in the other universe, surely there would be some joke about Sapphire's top being too tight on AniMay and AniMay's top being too loose on Sapphire.
