The story is complete and utter dogshit only semi-bareable because of Lodi's actor actually trying compared to everyone else. The end of the campaign didn't have some grand reveal that actually had an instant effect on the world and one of The Nine being dead is more of "oh cool didn't know they could die, anyway..."

They pulled a Veil all over again. Telling us that what the Exiles are doing is really bad,.because it will create a massive black hole that will swallow sol. But at no point do they really show that threat they just say that is really bad. Nothing they do now will be interesting because they fucked it from the very start and are already twisting themselves into prezels to explain their poor writing especially around the The Nine being basically omniscient.
