Literally just b yourself, which counterintuively enough might mean you need to create another persona. I can assure you there're lots of ideas boiling under the lid but the good old self will throw em away before you even know it because he's mister "I'm too moral/old fashioned/upstanding/degenerate to create THAT!"
Also write down your dreams and every interesting idea you have, your sketchbook is also a notebook. Oh, and watch/read everything ever made in the format/medium you'd like to create
