I was kinda hoping for something new other than combine. perhaps related to g-man somehow. I did like the evolution of the soldier type enemies from special forces army grunts in HL1 to cybernetic soldiers in HL2.
perhaps the new soldier type enemies will be agent smith like dudes in suits with guns and psychic powers or something.
