Probably autistic
There's a girl at my work that I kind of have a crush on but I barely speak with her. I am fairly social with everyone else at work but with her I am bit of a retard. I avoid joining conversations that she is in and when she does talk to me I act disinterested and give fairly curt responses. People were talking about a work social event in the office and she turned around and asked if I would join them but I said I would think about it. How do I stop being retarded and signal to her that I like her without overdoing it? I'm am fairly average looking but I am a kissless virgin so I don't really know what I'm doing here.
