She shares the investigation with Deb, and Deb, not wanting the investigation to go anywhere, suggests that it's a copycat killer. LaGuerta counters that it can't be a copycat because the knowledge of bloodslides were never released to the press.

Yet in Resurrection we see that an article written almost immediately after the end of the BHB investigation mentions the blood slides. There is no fucking way someone as in touch with the press as LaGuerta would have missed this.
