Sonia and Manic are unique among Sonic characters. Nobody ever uses their official designs. You are more likely going to see fanart based on the "modernizations" of them that fans made in the early years. Especially because they both debuted right after Sonic Adventure.

Because nobody watched Sonic Underground, fans actually make Sonia less... endowed than she appwears in the show.
