It's not possible to do with most country with eID anyway. the Card's number has to check the actual name.

More seriously, it only works for certain countries who do'nt have eID database yet.

You can't do it for any country that has an eID option. if it was mostly bots, then you would only see the huge uptake in those who doesn't. Instead, the increase is observable in all of them.

I don't think you understand how IDs in the EU work.

Beyond that, identity theft does not get you just slap on the finger, I don't think people will risk that for a petition about video games.
