First deadlift day in a while that wasn't total horse shit although the weight is still a meme, I squatted 365 on tuesday for the same sets/reps

everybody needs to slow down. stop being in such a hurry and enjoy some good home cooking. You cant beat a great fresh nutritious meal shared among friends or family
