Which wiki actually explains in real human words what the FUCK do the skills do in PRACTICE?

Like take this skill. I want something for my daily money mile runner, Vodka, who is pace chaser. Is she ever "positioned towards the back" as pace cheser with speed 1k+? Normally I wouldn't even look at this skill, but these are my last skill points at the end of career, it's either this or spring/fall runner or competitive spirit.

I can guess corner and straight endurance and velocity are good skills because they have no conditions and everyone seems to have them on their horses, but I really need a useful wiki for unclear expressions like this. Gametora and game8 wikis are shit and retarded and just copy paste the in-game text in skill description.
