I don't think she's a 'dommy mommy' necessarily but she also doesn't seem like the submissive type either.
They're a lot alike, how Jax sees her and thinks "I can make her worse" while Pomni thinks "I can fix him" and she seems a little more intelligent so she ends up being the one changing him, instead of the other way around.
