Is it smart for me to sit on my guarantee with 100 pulls/4k asstrites and skip Galbrena/QIuyiun(I forget the spelling) to get Chisa and probably skip who comes after, which is apparently Buling?

Saving for Chisa.. Or Iuno/Augusta. Depending how they play.
Skipping Lupa/Phrolova.
