>>714050708>you should still be stronger than when you started, if not bigger too.I feel like I am stronger functionally, carrying groceries and going up the steps to my apartment on the 7th floor is easier. but when it comes to actually working out I still feel no real progress when it comes to dumbbells being easier to carry or pullups being easier to do.
I just wish I was much bigger, like comic book superhero bigger as much as being natty can get me but being a lazy fuck and not wanting to give up my eating habits is probably holding me back on that end. The most I have is having my biceps/pecs look slightly larger(in the fat undefined kind) when I go and shower.
